The right to treatment with dignity and respect
in a non-judgemental manner.

The right to complete confidentiality.

The right to be seen privately.

The right to refuse or discontinue services
at any time for any reason.

The right to full information about the services
offered.

The right to inspect all consumer-specific
documents.

The right to information pertaining to the
appeals process.

The right to know rulles and regulations
in regard to inappropriate consumer conduct and what penalties
and/or consequences may result.

In the event of problems with other consumer(s),
the consumer has the right to present the problem to his/her
provider or the consortium.

Consumers shall be protected from: sexual
and physical harassment; solicitation for favors, labor or money;

The right to receive services from their
choice of subcontractor or consortium.

Consumers are responsible for their actions
and may be removed from services by a subcontractor for actions
and statements deemed abusive, threatening, or harassing.

All services are subject to the availability
of funds by the Consortium.
